Our philosophy is simple... we believe that the homeowner needs
to be educated about the process and reality of landscape design and construction.
This means admitting that there are some contractors that "cut corners"
and are dishonest….but then again, there are those who have the best interest
of the customer and the project in mind always. And that is us.
We all know the horror stories. Forget all of that. It happens... but not here.
There is a reality, however, that cannot be denied, and that is that landscaping
can be complex and costly. Doing it the right way always costs more up front,
but proves its value in a sprinkler system that does not leak
or concrete that
does not crack.
Doing the job right means spending 10% of the cost of the house as an approximate
minimum, however, according to real estate agents and appraisers, professional
landscaping can raise the value of your property by as much as 20%!
Trust and respect will make our collaboration an enjoyable one
that produces the best finished product you could hope for.
Besides, we demand it. We will not work with any client where we do not feel
the trust and complete faith in our vision.
Any question that you may have, please ask. It will be answered
honestly. We will be up front about costs, scheduling and our vision. And, if
it is determined that we are “not on the same page” as to the direction
of the project,
we will tell you that too.
We expect to have the same courtesies extended to us.
We appreciate prompt payments and to be contacted with sufficient time if an
appointment will be missed.
Our time, knowledge and experience are all very valuable and should be respected.
