We understand that this may be the first time you're undertaking
a project like this, so we will explain the process every step of the way.
First, please complete the application
page on this site and then we will call
you to discuss your project, usually within 48 hours.
This is what you can expect next...
When we call, our designer will ask some important questions of you to insure
that we are compatible and a good match for your project. Some questions may
include:
|
|
- How you will use your yard
|
- If you've been involved in this process before
|
- And, willingness to let us do our "thing"
|
We are very choosy about whom we work with and it's imperative
that we are "on the same page" as to the type of work we take on and
the direction of the project.
Once it is clear that we are a "match", we will send out a DESIGN
AGREEMENT to you for your signature. This needs to be returned prior to the
initial meeting.
Next, an appointment will be set up to discuss the particulars and for our designer
to tour the property. We request that everyone in the household that is part
of the decision making process be at this meeting. This will insure that no
ones concerns are left out.
During the first meeting we will discuss your "wish list"
and layout of each feature. The designer will discuss the theme of the garden
& suggest hardscape materials.
At this time a "start-up" check will be due for
the design process to begin.
The turn around time for the first draft is approx. 2 weeks.
When it is done we will call to set up our 2nd meeting.

This landscape plan will be a scaled conceptual layout of the
features that were discussed.
The designer will then walk you through the plan, explain layout, answer any
questions and get your feedback.
If necessary, any minor revisions will be discussed and then made to the final
plan. At this time the next payment will be due.
(We request that all revisions that are made be minor. The design
fee that was charged is for one design and one concept only. Should you request
that a completely different concept be laid out, we will gladly do so, however
the design fees must be paid in full at that time).
Finally, your completed plan will be delivered to you within 2 weeks of our
last meeting. The final check is now due. Should you request it, we can forward a copy of the plan to one of our "PREFERRED
CONTRACTORS," who can then present you with a bid for your project.
Please proceed to the application page...
