In addition to our design services, we also offer a program where we can help
you interview different contractors, tell you what questions to ask, what to
look for in them and help decipher the bids they give you for the project.
Once you’ve decided on each contractor to do the installation, we can
over-see the work being done by that company. We would act as your representative
to insure that it is built with quality materials, integrity and is true to
the plan we designed.
There is a tremendous value in this service.
OUR FEES:
Fees range for this service, but typically start at $2,500.00 or 5% of the contract
price, whichever is less.
If our advice saves you time, frustration or money – it

Common Mistakes: When comparing bids,
look at the line items. Many contractors hide bogus costs here. Your bid
should show a price for each item included in the construction. |
